DELIVERY & RETURNS
As soon as we have an imprint order, we will send you out our inkless wipe kit complete with instructions.
All you need to do is take a photo of the prints and pop them back to us on email. As soon as we receive them we need a 14-21 day turnaround time. Always let us know if you need it for a particular date!
With our other items, delivery will be between 7-10 days.
You will receive an order confirmation email & an email when your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection from Potstop.
We use a Royal Mail signed for delivery service. All goods are considered delivered to the customer on receipt of a signature provided by the carrier. Prints & Bows will not be responsible for any dispute over the signature provided by the carrier and the customer.
We are absolutely passionate about supplying quality jewellery and gifts. We take so much pride and care in all our products and ultimately make and supply things that we would wear or give ourselves.
We love to go on the journey of buying treasured gifts and keepsakes with our customers, so we hope you feel special. But if in the unlikely event that you have been supplied with an incorrect gift or a faulty product, we will personally deal with issues effectively and as quickly as possible.
We do like to make you aware that we are unable to exchange or refund personalised items. If a product has been made incorrectly, or a mistake has been made, please let us know within seven days and we will see if we can rectify your order and postage costs are at the discretion of Prints & Bows.
P&B Collection / handstamped range
If a product from these collections is faulty, please let us know within seven days and we will replace the item. Postage costs are at the discretion of Prints & Bows.
We do require full payment of a Workshop space ahead of the event to secure a place. These are non-refundable but tickets can be transferred to a friends ahead of the event if need be.
