Please read these Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’ & ‘Terms & Conditions) carefully before using this website operated by Prints & Bows (‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’).


All of our products are completely handmade and will differ slightly from each other and from images. This is why we love the uniqueness of all items!  


Once you have your P&B piece, we like to offer a little care advice.  Our charms, pendants, cufflinks and gifts are hand-sculpted using 99.9% fine silver (unless otherwise advised) and with sterling silver fixtures & fittings.


Fine silver is a little softer than sterling silver so just requires a little extra special care.  The silver will naturally tarnish with wear but this can be polished up with a silver cloth or with a little washing up liquid & warm water.  Make sure you keep your item somewhere safe & a useful tip is to keep it wrapped in a piece of tissue.  Usual advice regarding avoiding chemicals, bleach, perfume or wearing whilst swimming or similar activities applies to keep your piece looking its best.  Please note that tarnishing is not a manufacturing fault.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.  You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that Prints & Bows is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You expressly agree that Prints & Bows cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.



Prints & Bows may terminate your account/order. If we terminate your account/order, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.

If we terminate your account/order, any current or pending purchases on your account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to dispatch.

If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any sums paid in relation to those purchases within 14 calendar days.

Use of the Prints & Bows Jewellery contact form to address your cancellation within 14 days is required. Add phrase "Cancel" in email subject box to confirm your cancellation request. For cancellations please Contact us.



Whilst every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of goods available from us correspond to the actual goods, we are not responsible for variations from such descriptions. The nature of handcrafted and engraved jewellery means that each individual piece is unique and images shown on the website are examples only. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to minor variations of the correct goods, not different goods altogether. 

Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, colour, number and/or other features of the goods that you are purchasing.

We neither represent nor warrant that goods will be available. Stock indications are not provided on the website.

We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary. 

In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for goods and Us processing that order and taking payment, the price when ordering applies.



All of our products are handcrafted and not machine made. The nature of handmade items means that no piece will be without any minor imperfections or faint scratches. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Products and product designs can be updated at any time, please read the product descriptions carefully.



We ask that you return your imprints within 7 days of placing your order so we can balance our workload and display accurate lead times. However, we realise that this isn’t always possible. 
Please return your impressions as soon as possible, so we can fulfil your order, manage stock and our workload. Failure to return prints within 12 weeks from ordering may result in your order being cancelled and without refund.



All goods are considered delivered to the customer on receipt of a signature provided by the carrier. Prints & Bows will not be responsible for any dispute over the signature provided by the carrier and the customer.
